LTO: How to Schedule an appointment now for the renewal of your Driver’s License / Motor Vehicle registration

Due to the recent global pandemic, a lot of government agencies such as LTO, are closed for the last 3 months resulting in thousands of pending registration of vehicles, expired driver’s licenses, and other related concerns. I myself experience the dilemma of renewing my car registration and one transferring the ownership of my other vehicle. It took me six days for the transferring and renewal of my Fortuner since it needs to validate from the Highway Patrol Group. Also for my sedan car, it was a five-day journey to renew my registration. Emission testing are always full that you need to reserve a schedule for at least 1-2 days. recently they announce that only scheduled appointments will be entertained so you need to have your emission certificate first then schedule an appointment for LTO processing. here’s the procedure on how to make an appointment.
